Hidden Gem! We walked here after visiting Plaza de España, and feasted on the most delicious paella ever! My husband has a shellfish allergy, so we chose the chicken and vegetable paella. It was the BEST we've ever had. Local residents, families come to eat here and you can feel the warmth of this community in their smiles, and taste it in their food. We showed up at the posted opening time of 11:30am, and learned that this is just when the kitchen opens for the day. They actually start serving customers at 1:30pm, and I strongly recommend making a reservation.- Group size

Exceptional paella in elegant market hall with great service. Open for lunch only. Order paella for 2 from long list with helpful suggestions in English from the waiter & it is cooked for you. Linen tablecloths beneath palm trees inside an old market hall. No room for dessert but the sweet wine on the house was flavoured like prunes & really lovely. Thank you for a memorable meal!

We ordered a few appitizers and a seafood paella, come hungry it's worth it.
Place is open from 1:30- 4:45, so plan your day ahead.Delicious paella - apparently best in Seville. My best meal so far in Andalusia. Lovely relaxed atmosphere- feels like a real local place away from the tourist hoards.

We visited Otaola on a Sunday. The restaurant is situated in a nice covered market square. The paella was delicious; we had the back rice with prawns and the prawns were large and tasty.
All well presented. Very attentive service, all the while watching the chef owner cooking large paellas for large tables sitting inside this small, open market hall. Very charming owner, spotless kitchen, very adequately priced, a great place to come with family and friends for an enjoyable and casual lunch. Looking forward to many and frequent returns.

Best authentic paella. Huge portions and very good prices. I particularly enjoyed all the plants in the restaurant, made feel very lively and tropical.
Very nice and frendly place
One of the few places in Sevilla to sample Paella, which is more of an eastern Spain dish than Andalusian.
